We often get questions regarding a variety of topics. Here on this page, we try to answer the questions that are most frequently asked. If we haven’t answered your questions, feel free to contact us!
Can I just show up and pay at the boat for tickets?
No. Advanced ticket purchase is required on all cruises.
What if it rains?
River Lady seating is fully enclosed so she sails rain or shine. No rain dates.
Is the tip included in the price?
We add a gratuity to your ticket price when you purchase your tickets. It is customary to Tip on any on-board purchases (Bar). Additional tipping for exceptional service is optional and always appreciated.
What type of beverages do you serve?
Soft drinks are included in our meal cruises. We also have a cash bar with an assortment of wine, beer and champagne. (4 drink maximum per person) and frozen tropical drinks, with or without alcohol. Passengers under 30 must bring identification. No food or drinks may be brought on board, with the exception of birthday cake (no ice cream cakes).
Do you have accommodations for someone using a wheelchair?
Yes, we have one bathroom which is wheelchair accessible, however, this question can be best answered by speaking directly to the Captain prior to purchasing tickets to discuss your specific needs. With advanced notice, every season we have many people using standard size wheelchairs aboard with minimal assistance needed by the Captain or crew.
When is the ticket office open?
Although we are available by phone year-round (Except Sunday), our dockside ticket office is open May through September, 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, and 9:00am to Noon on Saturday. Off season hours are by appointment.
What are your months of operation?
Our public cruises run from May through October, however, groups and charters are available from April through November.
Do you have tables for two?
No, River Lady features Cabaret style seating and the majority of the tables seat 6 to 8 people.
After purchasing tickets, can I exchange the date or cancel?
No. Once tickets are purchased, they are not refundable or exchangeable. This includes tickets purchased via telephone using a credit card.
Is there a dress code for River Lady dining cruises?
River Lady Cruises does not require a particular dress code for any of our regularly scheduled cruises. However, we recommend business casual to dressy attire for our dinner cruises, as many of our guests celebrate their special occasions onboard. It may be breezy on the open air decks, we recommend that you bring a light jacket in case you wish to enjoy the sights from the outer decks.
